The conference will provide a platform for in-depth discussions and the exchange of ideas to foster innovation and sustainable development.

Overarching Theme
The overarching theme of this year's conference, "Technology Law and Governance," addresses the multifaceted interaction between technological advancements and legal frameworks. As we navigate through an era of rapid technological innovation, it is imperative to examine how laws and policies can be adapted to address the challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies. This includes ensuring national security in the face of evolving cyber threats, regulating the ethical use of AI, protecting intellectual property in a digital age, and balancing international trade with sustainable development goals.
The theme also emphasizes the importance of digital governance and the role of legal systems in safeguarding human rights and promoting social welfare amidst technological change. As technology continues to permeate every aspect of our lives, from healthcare to global supply chains, legal scholars and practitioners must work together to develop comprehensive frameworks that support innovation while mitigating risks. This conference seeks to explore these critical issues, offering a collaborative space for participants to share their insights and contribute to the development of robust legal responses to contemporary technological challenges.
The conference themes include, but are not limited to, National Security, Information Regulation, Digital Governance, ESG and sustainability, Intellectual Property Strategy, Export Control, Global Supply Chains, Labor Rights, Digital Health, and Global Health.
